Questions
What happens when I sign up?
We start with a migration from your current host. We transfer your domain management, migrate your site files and database, provision your email accounts with correct SPF/DKIM records, and install your SSL certificate. Most migrations complete within 4 hours.
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes. We transfer management of your domain to Nrold — we become the point of contact for renewals, DNS changes, and registrar issues. You don't lose ownership, we just take care of the admin.
What if I want to leave?
30 days' notice. We provide a full export of your site files, database, and email. Your domain transfer away is processed at no charge. We don't hold your infrastructure hostage.
Do you work with any website type?
WordPress, static sites, and custom PHP applications. We do not support Wix, Squarespace, or similar hosted website builders — those run on their own infrastructure and cannot be migrated to a managed server.
What does the monthly report include?
Uptime percentage for the month, average response time, current disk usage and trajectory, any SSL certificate expiries in the next 90 days, domain renewal dates, and a summary of any incidents and how they were resolved.
